Mature Word

God Wants You to Grow!

Welcome to Mature Word!

It is my hope each individual will grow and develop into the mature person the Lord Jesus Christ would have them to be! God desires every human being, man or woman, boy or girl, to grow spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Along life's journey obstacles come in different sizes and at different times to stunt our growth. It is my hope and purpose to help you overcome the obstacle and have a rich, successful maturation.

Honesty of heart, embraced with healthy genuine concern for oneself and others is key to successful living! Our lives must be guarded with wisdom, justice, judgement, and equity. Our spirit, soul, and body must exist in harmony and allowed to be guided by God's precious Holy Spirit. A balance between the natural and spiritual is most important.

The Apostle Paul wrote in First Thessalonians 5:23-24, "I pray God your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ! Faithful is he who calls you, and he will do it." Paul also stated in First Corinthians 9:24,27, "Everyone runs in a race, but only one receives the prize! So, run the race to obtain the prize! He further stated, "I keep my body under, to bring it into subjection lest ... I myself should be a castaway." Most importantly, Paul expressed, "Every human being who strives for the mastery or maturity is temperate in all things!"
